Rosalind R. Palter, ASID is an honors graduate of Boston University where she earned a Bachelor of Science .  She also holds an Associates of Arts Degree from The Chamberlayne School of Design.  She served as an Assistant Professor of Interior Design at Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and Museum of Fine Arts (MFA).

Custom Quarters is experienced in design development creating floor plans , color and material selection and incorporating lighting and mechanical systems to aid in universal design needs.  Evaluation of existing furnishings for use in new homes tailored for Grown-Ups.
